Reyes Rejuvenation ("we", "us", "our") is a roof rejuvenation contractor serving Midland and the Permian Basin. Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly when you book an inspection, submit a form, call, or text us:

• Your mobile or landline phone number
• Your email address
• The service address of the property and details about your roof
• Appointment date and time preferences and any notes you send us

Our website may also collect basic, non-identifying technical data such as pages viewed and general device type. We do not require an account and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use your information

We use it to schedule and perform your free roof inspection, prepare and deliver estimates, complete treatment work, issue warranty documentation, answer your questions, and send appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up about your roof. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to providing our roofing services.

SMS and phone contact

When you provide your phone number through our booking form or ask us to text you, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Reyes Rejuvenation about your inspection, estimate, scheduling and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive service from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors who directly support our service delivery — for example the scheduling and messaging platform we use to send your appointment confirmations — is limited to that purpose only. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our scheduling and communications platform, payment processor, and any technicians assigned to your job — and only to the extent needed to do that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as needed to support warranty coverage and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Cookies

Our site uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed to make the site and our booking widget function. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the booking flow may not work.

Your choices
