These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Reyes Rejuvenation. By using the site, requesting an inspection, or hiring us, you agree to them.

Services

We provide bio-based GreenSoy™ asphalt shingle roof rejuvenation, roof inspections, and related documentation for residential and light commercial properties in Midland and the surrounding Permian Basin. Rejuvenation is a maintenance treatment. It is not a roof replacement, a re-roof, a coating, or a repair, and it cannot restore a roof that has failed structurally or lost too much granule coverage.

Inspections and estimates

Roof inspections are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on what we can observe at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If conditions found during the work materially differ from what was inspected, we will stop and discuss options with you before continuing.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

Application requires suitable temperature and dry weather. We may reschedule for weather, wind or surface-heat conditions, and we will contact you as early as we can when that happens. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at any time by calling or texting us at (806) 994-5543.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless a written agreement says otherwise. Prices quoted are for the property and scope described in the estimate.

Warranty

Qualifying treated roofs receive a six-year transferable warranty on treatment performance, provided in writing on the day the work is completed. The written warranty certificate governs; it sets out what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a claim. The warranty does not cover storm damage, impact damage, structural failure, improper installation of the original roof, or work performed by others.

Homeowner responsibilities

You confirm you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it, and you agree to provide safe access, clear vehicles from the drive when asked, and disclose known roof issues, leaks or prior repairs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

SMS terms and conditions

Program description. By providing your mobile number on our booking form, on a written estimate, or by asking us to text you, you consent to receive text messages from Reyes Rejuvenation related to your roof: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival notifications, estimates, warranty documents, and follow-up about work we have discussed or performed.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to book an inspection or hire us — you can ask us to call or email you instead.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment activity. Most customers receive a handful of messages around a scheduled visit.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Reyes Rejuvenation does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also call us at (806) 994-5543 or email reyesrejuvenation@gmail.com to be removed.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (806) 994-5543 or reyesrejuvenation@gmail.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Midland County, Texas.
